My first mod was an iTaste V1 and the flavor was great because it was the only non PWM mod out at the time, and PWM's were using AVG algorithms. The provari, had/has a nice flat voltage output. The v2 was also flat voltage, MVP has flat voltage, I believe, the SVD is PWM. I'm not sure what this is, but it wouldn't suprise me if it was non-PWM. If that is the case, there aren't many VW devices out there with flat voltage utput. The DNA20 is one. I don't care what people say, I can taste the difference in the vape. I love the chameleon color ;)
What a nice functional device, same as you I would recommend this to new vapers who like gadgets. Shame about the battery life but yet again the fact that it is also usb passthrough as you would say crackin. Thnx for review as always.
Charts and numbers and readings from oscilloscopes are nice, but at the end when all is said and done it really is about the flavor. With the variances in mass produced devices the numbers are probably not the exact same from device to device anyway. What you call " seat of the pants vaping" is what we all do anyway so it really is more relevant than a bunch of numbers. Just my 2¢ worth. Cheers from the states.
Great review. I have the last version and it's a good little device. Innokin are releasing an updated version of the MVP soon with same features. I think that'll be a winner!
Have watched, & enjoy your reviews on YT thus far; Another great one here! I was as surprised as you @ the performance on this one.. these newest iClear 16 VV/VW have been shockingly stellar also (well- after a little wick fluff. no jokes..LOL) Now, IDK how, but even @ only 800mAh, it's been lasting longer than both my 650twist AND 1100mAh Ego do. ...magic?!? I got the pretty chameleon color too.. & even tho you're the only reviewer so far who even said it was volt related, that number after atty reading is actually voltage "left in the battery"- not your current setting (not criticizing--just in case u wanted to note for viewers) ~This little thing seems to have just about every option avail- yet can still be set @ 3.7v & left alone, for those just starting out. Silly as this may be, it's best feature (to me) is that it won't be rolling off the freakin' table & onto the floor 10,000 x a day!! =P Appreciate all you do... for all of us!! Sending some love all the way from the States.. Amanda
